Data-Driven-Model-Based Full-Region Optimal Mapping Method of Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motors in Wide Temperature Range

چکیده

To improve the motor efficiency and expand actual external characteristic region of electric vehicle permanent magnet synchronous (PMSM) drive systems, optimal operation mapping torque to d-q axis current is usually applied. Nevertheless, it difficult deal with complex mechanism factors such as parameter saturation temperature change for traditional optimization method based on basic voltage equation PMSM. In this paper, a black-box-model-based torque–current proposed, which does not rely any information inner model, derivative-free, optimal, improved Nelder–Mead Simplex(NMS) used minimize copper loss maximize electromagnetic in flux-weakening region. Moreover, online compensation angle implemented, view time variation flux temperature. Finally, through comparison experiment nominal-parameters-based formula maximum per ampere (MTPA) method, proposed achieves higher accuracy better performance wide range regard reasonable response speed.
